Birthdays With Friends

Theo and Mama & Papa attended the very exciting first birthday for Little Natalia -it was held at the ever lovely Tilden Park in Berkeley, right near The Little Farm. We had BBQ, Theo saw his first clown ( a lady clown)! and we trekked over to see the goats, cows and sheep that live in the park and eat the carrots and celery right out of your hand! It was so fun to see little Natty dressed up and doted upon by her loving parents, Anthony & Lorena and her big brother Sebastian- We are so very glad to have such close friends to share these memories with....

I Am A Bunny: My First Real Easter

Theo had his first real Easter in which the clearly pagan rituals of accepting marshmallow peeps as gifts and wearing pastels once a year are observed. Auntie Jen made us a really special, yummy Easter breakfast and Theo got his first little basket with a real carrot too! Then we were off to the annual Union Street Easter Fair which is great but kind of a stroller derby with babies everywhere! Theo met two bunnies-Scary, Nightmare Bunny ( who I think crashed the street fair, see accompanying photo), and then the standard issue Happy Easter Bunny-full of fluff and good cheer.

Put On Your Green!!! It's The St. Patrick's Day Parade!

Theo & Mama were feeling their roots today at the annual St. Patrick's Day parade downtown. We scored a spot right near City Hall. Theo CLEANED UP!! The police officers & firefighters zoomed right to him with beads, toys, stickers and magnets! We thought about taking a photo op with the Mayor Mr. Gavin, but decided against it. I love a parade and now, so does little Theo.
